Refund policy

Every print is made to order for you by the WhiteWall photo lab in Frechen, Germany. This policy explains what happens if something goes wrong, or if you change your mind.

Damaged or faulty prints

If your print arrives damaged, or with a production fault (for example colour banding, scratches or the wrong size), email info@xavierarnau.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the print and its packaging. We will send a free replacement or, if you prefer, a full refund of the print and shipping. You don't need to send the damaged print back.

Changing your mind (14-day right of withdrawal)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your print, without giving a reason.

Tell us within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@xavierarnau.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.
Send the print back undamaged, in its original packaging, within 14 days of telling us. We will reply with the return address.
The cost of returning the print is paid by you. Please use a tracked service: the print remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

We will refund the price of the print and the original standard shipping within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until the print has arrived back with us, or until you have sent proof that you shipped it. Refunds are made to the original payment method. If a returned print has been damaged by handling, framing or mounting, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

Order changes and cancellations

Prints go into production shortly after your order is confirmed. If you need to change the size or cancel, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to stop the order before it is printed.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law, including the legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as described.
